CONVERSATIONS IN CREATIVITY AT HARRIS MUSEUM, PRESTON

CONVERSATIONS IN CREATIVITY AT HARRIS MUSEUM, PRESTON

I was recently back in Preston hosting an event on behalf of Creative Lancashire. Preston's fantastic Harris Museum was the venue for the latest in a series of Conversations in Creativity.

I interviewed architect John Puttick responsible for a major project to restore the famous brutalist Preston Bus Station while adding a neighbouring youth centre and creating a new public space.

As well as grilling John about the bus station scheme, I also discussed his creative inspirations, career trajectory and also my own experiences of photographing the bus station for Blueprint magazine.

We had a big audience of local creatives including architects, artists and designers. Thanks to everyone who came along.
